End-User License Agreement (EULA) This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("You", "User") and Daniel Weber ("We", "Company") for the use of Gremlinq.Extensions.Support.SystemTextJson ("Software"). By installing, copying, distributing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Note: This EULA governs Your license to use the Software. Access to the Software via our private NuGet feed and delivery infrastructure is governed by our separate [Terms of Service](https://docs.gremlinq.net/terms-of-service_en). Gremlinq.Extensions.Support.SystemTextJson and any accompanying materials are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 1. License Grant The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual limited license to: a. Use the Software for development, testing, and production purposes in accordance with the terms of this EULA. b. Distribute the Software as part of your application, provided that your application adds significant value and functionality beyond that provided by the Software alone. This license is perpetual and continues indefinitely, even after any subscription to our delivery services ends. 2. Distribution Rights a. You may distribute the Software only as part of your own application. b. Your application must not compete directly with the Software. c. You must ensure that the Software, when distributed, is accompanied by this EULA and that end-users agree to be bound by its terms. d. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software, except as necessary to integrate it into your application. e. You may use the Software on an unlimited number of build servers, which are machines exclusively used for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications. 3. Restrictions a. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. b. You may not distribute the Software on a standalone basis. c. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose. 4. Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. 5. Limitations of Liability In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software. 6. Warranties and Disclaimers The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 7. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession. 8. Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Germany. 9. Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. 10.
