Our website does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. However, the booking page in the support section of this website runs on Blazor, which automatically sets a technically necessary cookie (an antiforgery token). This cookie is required for the secure operation of the booking form and protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). No personal data is stored in the backend in connection with this cookie, and it is not used to identify you across visits or for any purpose other than the security of the form submission. The use of this cookie is based on our legitimate interest in operating a technically secure website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Stripe

We process payments (e.g., for booked appointments) through the payment service provider "Stripe". The data transmitted to the payment service provider is used by us for invoicing purposes. The data is also stored on Stripe's servers. The use of this service is based on our legitimate interest in processing payments easily and as part of the appointment booking process (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Furthermore, since Stripe, Inc. is a US-based company, this constitutes a transfer of personal data to a third country. This transfer is lawful under Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR, as the EU Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the transfer of personal data to the USA (Data Privacy Framework, https://commission.europa.eu/document/fa09cbad-dd7d-4684-ae60-be03fcb0fddf_en) and Stripe, Inc. is among the companies certified under the Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). Nevertheless, we recommend familiarizing yourself with Stripe's privacy policy (https://stripe.com/de/privacy).

Your data will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage ceases to exist. This is without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions (especially retention periods).

4. Objection or revocation against the processing of your data

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.

If we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not required to fulfill a contract with you, which we will describe in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or point out to you our compelling reasons worthy of protection on the basis of which we will continue processing.

Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time.

If you would like to exercise your right of revocation or objection, an email to webmaster@danielcweber.net is sufficient.

5. Transfer of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place.

  • according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR you have given express consent to this,
  • the transfer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • in the case that for the transfer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR there is a legal obligation, and
  • this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
