Support

Hands-on support is available for teams building with ExRam.Gremlinq and TinkerPop-compatible graph databases. Two options are available depending on where your team stands.

General Gremlinq support

Practical assistance for teams actively working with Gremlinq:

  • Provider setup, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Writing traversal queries for your specific use case
  • Debugging queries that produce unexpected results
  • Review of query logic and graph model design

Book a call and bring your questions — help is provided right there in the session.

Foundational training sessions

For teams starting from scratch — no prior experience with Gremlin, graph traversals, or graph databases required. Training sessions cover graph thinking, the Gremlin language, and how it maps to the Gremlinq DSL, grounded in examples from your own domain wherever possible.

Sessions are structured around the team's starting point and goals. Schedule a call to talk through what your team needs and what a session would look like. Should a training engagement follow, the cost of that initial call is deducted from the agreed price — no double cost for the scoping conversation.
